Day 1 consisted of 2 parts - Member to BODY o Tsukurou ! Muscle exercise & SHINPEI Tedzukuri Curry Shishoku Kai and MUSCLE ATTACK 5th Anniversary LIVE -Day1- .

Member to BODY o Tsukurou ! Muscle exercise & SHINPEI Tedzukuri Curry Shishoku Kai took place before MUSCLE ATTACK 5th Anniversary LIVE -Day1- which was a yoga exercise session combined with a curry sampling party that's personally cooked by SHINPEI himself .

The curry that SHINPEI cooked had chicken , vegetables among other ingredients .
